Learning to Rollerski

NENSA offers a number of technique clinics throughout the summer and fall that focus on helping skiers of all skill levels improve. Stay up to date on our events calendar for the most up to date information on individual events. Regardless of your experience with rollerskis we are aiming to meet you at your ability.

Learn to Rollerski Come join some of our region’s best coaches and improve your dry land and rollerski technique. These one day clinics are catered towards adults, coaches, and more broadly anyone who wants to improve on their fundamentals in preparation for the ski season. Attendees will be led through dry land progressions, and rollerski drills for both classic and skate among general strength exercises and practice philosophies. Take advantage of these amazing clinics to brush up on skiing and get some helpful tips for the coming season before the snow starts to fall. Even if you have never tried rollerskiing before, consider signing up because NENSA is bringing its race rollerski set to the clinic. Skis will be available on a first come first serve basis on the day of the clinic. This clinic will be hosted by Nathan Alsobrook, the head coach of Bowdoin College’s Nordic Ski Team. Registration will occur on SkiReg and open soon.
