USST and NENSA Technique Clinic and REG Workout Observation Opportunity

On June 27, 2010,This is an opportunity to learn about building a technical foundation from which skiers and coaches can build from.  Participants will experience a range of exercises for all levels of skiers. Both classic and skate techniques and theory will be addressed  Some comfort on rollerskis is recommended but observers are welcome as well, Helmets are mandatory and HI Vis shirt or vest is highly recommended for those rollersking.

For coaches interested in certification, this clinic will count towards the USSA L100 technique  portion and the NENSA L1 technique module.

Contact Janice Sibilia at Janice@nensa.net to sign up. Although there is no fee for this clinic, sign up will help us to have an idea of how many people will be attending. (Of course, donations are always welcome! They will help create more opportunities like this camp for athletes in New England.)

Clinic will take place at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center from 1:30 - 3:30 PM. There are also limited spots available for coaches wishing to observe the morning camp workout (skate distance with technique focus)...A great way to observe technical aspects in the morning, ask questions and put the drills to use in the afternoon! Contact Janice for more info.
