Attention Vermont High School Cross Country Running Coaches!

You and your athletes are invited to join us for Craftsbury XC Camp 2012!

Here are the details...

What:  Cross country camp for VT high school runners led by Olympian
Lynn Jennings and Southern Vermont College head cross country coach
Maria Stuber (Lynn Jennings is the head coach
(American Record Holder, 39x National Champion, 3x Cross Country World
Champion, and Olympic Bronze Medalist).

Where:  Craftsbury Outdoor Center, Craftsbury Common, VT

When:  July 8 - 12, 2012

Craftsbury Outdoor Center is pleased to announce its first ever cross
country running camp for Vermont high schoolers.  Built on our
successful Pre-Season Day held last August
(http://www.craftsbury.com/blog/?p=959), this camp will be a 5 day/4
night offering.  During the week we will offer participants
instruction on track training, hill work, drills, fartlek and tempo
work as well as a long run on the most beautiful loop in Vermont.
Classroom presentations will include nutrition, training physiology,
race day skills and more.

The camp will be an excellent jump start to your summer training
season and it will be a fun, highly motivational and exciting week.
Athletes are welcome to attend on their own or with teammates.
