This clinic will provide coaches and athletes with an overview of skate and classic technique, and will also satisfy the L100 technique portion of USSA certification
2009-06-25: Summer Hiking Club!
Phil Lawson has started a kids and parents hiking club in the Littleton/Franconia/Twin Mountain region. The idea was started as an alternative to Rec programs midweek in the summer and some weekends prior to the end of school and after school restarts. Every week they hike a different peak, and are planning build to some 4000 footers by the fall!

Another sunny and hot day! Today's hike was really nice and a great mid week break. Tomorrow the athletes get right back at it with skate threshold intervals and more strength work.

Caribou, Maine – The Maine Winter Sports Center announced today that William “Willie” Neal, age 20, of Jackson Hole, Wyoming was killed while rollerskiing in Fort Fairfield yesterday.

2009-06-17: Maine Training Group Volume Camp Sign Up deadline is Thursday!
The Maine Training Group Volume Camp, to be held July 7-12 in beautiful Fort Kent, Maine, has 5 spaces remaining. All Maine resident athletes who have qualified for a Maine J2 Team, Maine EHSC Team or New England JO Team are eligible to attend. Total cost for the 5 day camp is $200.
