What a great time to be a cross-country skier in New England!

Whether you race, support racing, or just love the adventure of cross-country skiing, NENSA has something for you. NENSA is the community of people of all ages and backgrounds bound together by their love for the sport of cross-country skiing. NENSA is coaches, parents, youth skiers, race workers, recreational skiers, committee workers, and racers.

NENSA Programs

The New England Nordic Ski Association offers comprehensive four-season programming for recreationalists and competitive athletes of all ages.

I. Recreational and Participation-Based

• New England Bill Koch Youth Ski League (ages 4 – 13)

• Banknorth New England Marathon Series (Racing and Touring Classes)

• NENSA Women's Day

• Untimed “citizen” class divisions in Banknorth Eastern Cups

Gaining Ground Coaches Education Series (certification program, 3-day clinics in spring, summer, fall; seminars, workshops, internships)

• Race Officiating Program (internships, workshops, certification)

• BKL Family Activity Days

• Annual NENSA Hike

• International Exchange program with St, Petersburg, Russia
