TD Bank / TAMC Eastern Cup Openers

Event Info:
The Season Opener TD Bank Eastern Cups will take place in Presque Isle, Maine at the Nordic Heritage Center. JOQ skiers will have an opportunity to race on the same courses that will be used at the 2010 JO's.
Saturday Dec 19th:
1.2K Freestyle Sprint. 15 second interval qualification 10:00am. Official heats for top 30 overall men (including J2's) and top 30 overall women(including J2's). Separate heats for top 12* J2 Boys and top 12* J2 Girls, qualifying below the Official heats. (*number of J2 athletes advancing in these separate heats may change, based on how many J2's are entered- see NENSA rules for specifics). Unofficial heats for other age groups may be added into the schedule.
Sunday Dec 20th:
Classical mass start, 10km for Men and Women, 5K for J2s. 9AM for J2 Boys. 9:30AM for J2 Girls. 10AM for Women/Masters Women. 11AM for Men/Masters Men. Note: Masters will run at the end of the Mens and Womens start. There will be BKL races: Start Time at the conclusion of the mens race.
Heated Team Wax Cabins are available for the entire weekend with individual locking keys for $50 for the weekend, first come first serve.
Registration:
$30 per race for members; $55 for the weekend/ $40 for non-members; $75 for the weekend. $10.00 penalty for late registration for Saturday's Race. There is no Day Of Race Registration for Sunday's Mass Start Race.

NENSA Event Cancellation Policy (for all events):
The policy regarding refunds in the case of event cancellation should
be stated on the entry form for the event. In the absence of a
specific event cancellation policy, fifty percent of the entry fee will
be refunded. Refunds are not granted for event postponements.
