to head your Success Chart. Beneath each category are suggested
checklist items. They go at the bottom of your Success Chart
under their category heading. You may adopt these checklist
items as is or modify them to suit your club needs and goals.
Smart and Healthy
• eat healthy foods
• use sun block
• wear hat and gloves/mittens
• ski with a water bottle
• bring fruit /energy bar
• say NO! to drugs and alcohol
• tried alpine skiing

Equipment Care
